1. Services Offered

Rooter-X Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing, sewer diagnostics, drain cleaning, hydro jetting, trenchless pipe repair, water heater installation, and new construction subcontracting in California under CSLB License #1008868.

2. Written Estimates & Workmanship

All work is performed under written estimates provided prior to project initiation. Workmanship warranties apply as detailed in individual service agreements.

3. CSLB Compliance

Contractors are required by law to be licensed and regulated by the Contractors State License Board. Any questions concerning a contractor may be referred to the Registrar, Contractors State License Board, P.O. Box 26000, Sacramento, CA 95826.
